Our sales teams are hired based on their values and their commitment to patients and customers. They are trained to take a key account approach to their customers and to bring a solution orientation mindset to
their interaction with each account.
All sales teams, managers and personnel will experience continuous training and developmental initiatives to stay current and continuously improve.
LVH will ensure Sales leaders and Key Account Managers are on ground to realise opportunities in private and public institutions and clinics and support our sales teams to maximise opportunities in each territory.
a. Syndicated Sales Personnel
These teams offer a more cost-effective and efficient approach to face-to-face promotion of your products. Your products will be included in a complementary (non-competitive) portfolio which increases the sales persons’ relevance making each interaction with a healthcare professional more valuable.
In this approach, you will opt for a percentage of several salespersons thus increasing your reach and share of voice. You will also benefit from expertise in specific therapeutic areas as we build specialized portfolios. The position that your product holds will determine the cost.
These teams may also be used to complement a dedicated or client salesforce by adding share of voice in specific geographies or to specific groups of customers.
b. Exclusive Sales Teams
In this instance, you may decide that you would like fully dedicated sales personnel working only with your brands. Your teams will benefit from the LVH market and therapeutic knowledge of our organization and we will apply our experience to the benefit of all our sales teams.
You may also opt for a fixed number of salespersons based on the actual coverage that you would like to have in the territory. The actual marketing activities would be mutually agreed. The cost of these resources and activities would be yours but outsourced to LVH for implementation.
The other option would involve a commission-based decision and etermination of the best use of the budget that you have in order to achieve your goals.
The quantity of salespersons in each team will be finalized together with you to ensure that we get the maximum reach within your available budget.
c. Internal Salesforce
In our extensive geography, it is not always feasible to have face-to-face access to our customers each day or with the frequency that would be ideal. Some customers do not have the availability during work hours to engage with a sales representative. Why not engage with customers at a time that is convenient to them and via a channel that they prefer?.
E-Detailing provides an opportunity to increase frequency of messages and touchpoints in a convenient way to customers. It will support to the face-to-face interaction of the sales representative. E-detailing is time efficient for the sales personnel and for the customer on the other end.
Interactions with customers commence with a face-to-face interaction and only with the permission of the customer and the appropriate materials, will e-detailing be implemented to supplement the face-to-face interactions.
This channel is ideal for real-time Webinars and small training sessions with Medical personnel, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) touchpoints and interaction.
LVH is updating our database of customers to include those willing to receive electronic promotions and communications via e-mail. This channel will enable us to employ additional opportunities to increase touchpoints and frequency of messages in a complementary, effective manner.
